I'm addicted to a love story about vampires and warewolves. How insane!

As if my life isn't already *busy* enough... now I've started READING! {GASP!} and if you know me, I mean (in my best shrek voice) REALLY REALLY, know me... you know this -

I - DON'T - READ!

I mean I *can* read, I just don't. I swear I have a form of short attention span disorder. But I can hardly put the book down! I was late jumping on the Twilight train - waited til it was on the dish. I did however see New Moon in the theater the weekend it came out! :D and I needed MORE!!! so I went and bought the books the next day... I couldn't decide if I should just buy "Eclipse" the next in the series - but from what I have heard and been told, the books are quite different, more detailed etc. than the movie and so then I thought maybe I should start reading the series from the beginning - thought I'd be saving a buck or two in the long run so I bought the series. It'll be my Christmas present ;) I never seem to get anything 'good' from Steve anymore so might as well right? not to go on a bashing rant but last year I got a pair of utility scissors, a hammer and a thermos - he really thought long and hard on those gifts eh? {insert eye roll!}

ANYWAY - so that's why I haven't been on here much :) Not to mention trying to keep the house up and cooking/baking tis the season! --for calories! ;)

how dare I forget to mention

yesterday was Steve's birthday!!!

in need of therapy!

I'm ready to go MENTAL! ~i know short trip, blah blah blah - shaddup! :P

I have been go go go for days on end it seems. Today I was hoping for a relatively "quiet" day at home with Allycat - who am I kidding?! had to clean up the kitchen from last night as all the dishes didn't fit in the dishwasher...and there was just NO way I was hand washing dishes! :P
then there was laundry then the phone wouldn't stop ringing ... think it ends there? you'd be WRONG!

This *sweet* kid of mine is SO good at making me feel guilty - I have been letting her use my table for crafting - and as much as I LOVE her and the idea that she wants to craft I'm ready to PULL OUT MY HAIR!!! she asks to use some of my stuff and I generally let her use what I have an abundance of or that is manageable for her, but sometimes I have to say "no" -I try to be as nice as possible, but she acts like I've stabbed her with a dagger! the tears, the sobbing, the DRAMA!
this kid is driving me MENTAL!
then it's whine whine whine, and begging and pleading with pleases etc. and of course I get to the point of JUST SHUT UP!!! do whatever you want but please just SHUT UP!

this bugs me!

We've been renovating and therefore watching a LOT of the DiY and HGTV channel - Kitchen reno's etc. WHAT IS WRONG with these people?!?! they want to see a *NEEDS* a makeover kitchen come on over to MY house!!! ugh... some of the kitchens on these shows are what I'd consider upgrading to! how annoying -

I have been looking and looking and looking for REAL and PRACTICAL kitchen ideas. So far everything is extreme why? why? why? are you telling me that REAL people don't have *nice* kitchens??

{sigh}

man I'm tired!

I can't remember the last time I stayed up past midnight - then was up at sunrise and stayed up til now! I *love* sleep - what on earth am I still doing up?! I'm super tired...

Today was pig day -bleh... but I'm so happy to have a freezer full of yummy sausage! :)

I wasn't thrilled with the entire chain of events of today however, this evening I got to go and play and made 13 cards at a Stamp-a-Stack so that made up for it ;)

I should take pictures *yawn* but maybe tomorrow.

...been away for a while now...

we were without home phone + internet for 2 WEEKS! man that felt like eternity... but now I'm back :D
