I can't believe how freakin' HOT it has been... even at night after the sun is long gone to bed, it's still hot out! crazy... I have been in the kitchen ~ in case you wondered.
yesterday I finally got around to making strawberry-rhubarb jam, strawberry jam & stewed rhubarb. Today I made green tomato chow-chow. I need to get salsa made yet, and yellow relish. I also have to can peaches... and make pickles!
I really wish it was cooler to do all this preserving.
Nothing too earth shaking going on around here.
